Orders & delivery

How much is delivery?
Free on orders over £40. Otherwise, Steady delivery (2-4 working days) is £3.95, or Swift delivery (1-2 working days) is £6.00, UK only. See our Shipping & Returns page.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Steady orders usually arrive within 2-4 working days of dispatch; Swift orders arrive within 1-2 working days. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed.

Can I track my order?
You'll get a dispatch confirmation email, which includes tracking where it's available.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not currently - we only deliver to UK addresses at the moment.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at hello@keepyourvym.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.

Subscribe & Save

How do I subscribe to a product?
Open any product that offers Subscribe & Save, choose it under the buy box, pick how often you'd like it delivered, and check out as normal.

How much do I save?
20% off every 2 weeks, 15% off every 4 weeks, 10% off every 8 weeks, or 5% off every 12 weeks, depending on the frequency you choose.

How do I pause, change or cancel my subscription?
Sign in to your account and go to Subscriptions. You can pause, skip an order, change your frequency, update your payment or delivery details, or cancel, any time, free of charge, with no minimum number of orders.

Do subscription orders get free delivery?
The same as any order: free UK delivery once your order's over £40, otherwise standard delivery charges apply.

Returns & refunds

What's your returns policy?
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee - if a product isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund you once it's back with us. Opened is fine, you just need to return it and cover the postage; if you've bought more than one of the same product, the guarantee covers one opened unit. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 5 business days of confirming your return or guarantee request; your bank may take a little longer to show it.

About our products

Are Vym supplements suitable for everyone?
Our products are formulated for adults. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement - this is general guidance, not medical advice.

Where can I find full ingredients and dosage information?
Every product page has a Nutritional Information tab with full ingredients, allergy advice, and a per-serving nutrient breakdown, plus a Directions & Cautions tab for how to take it safely.

Where are Vym products made?
UK-made, GMP certified.

Are your supplements independently tested?
Every ingredient is sourced from an audited supplier with its own Certificate of Analysis, tested for contaminants, and finished batches go through routine spot-testing. Read our full Quality Pledge for the complete picture.
