Refund policy

At Vym (a trading name of Vym Nutrition Ltd), we want you to feel confident buying from us. This policy explains your legal right to cancel an order, and the extra 30-day money-back guarantee we offer on top of it.

Your legal right to cancel (14 days)

As a UK consumer buying online, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason. To cancel, contact us within that 14-day window at hello@keepyourvym.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Once we've received the returned item(s), we'll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery costs, to your original payment method. If you return only part of a multi-item order, we'll refund that part accordingly.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

On top of your legal right above, Vym offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every product. If a product isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a refund once the product is back with us — it's fine if it's opened or partly used, you just need to return it, and you'll cover the cost of return postage. If you've bought more than one of the same product, the guarantee covers one opened unit per product; any additional units need to be unopened and in resale condition to qualify.

How to start a return or refund

Email hello@keepyourvym.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm the next steps and provide a return address.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and checked, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund in your account.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery, with photos where possible, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return delivery costs.

Unwanted, unopened items

If you simply change your mind and the product is unopened and in its original condition, you can return it under either your legal right to cancel or our 30-day guarantee above, whichever applies.
