Choose "Subscribe and save" under the buy box, then pick how often you want it delivered.

Add to cart and check out as normal. Your first order ships straight away, then every renewal follows the same frequency and discount automatically, until you change it.

A few things people ask us about Subscribe & Save.

How do I manage, pause or cancel my subscription?

Sign in to your account and go to Subscriptions. From there you can pause, skip an order, change your frequency, update your payment or delivery details, or cancel, all yourself, free of charge, with no minimum number of orders.

When will I be charged?

We take payment for each upcoming order shortly before it's due to be dispatched, using the payment method on file. You'll always be charged at the discounted price for the frequency you've chosen.

What happens if a payment fails?

We may retry the payment or get in touch so you can update your details. If it still can't go through, we'll let you know and that order will be cancelled, it won't affect the rest of your subscription.

Is subscribing cheaper than a one-off order?

Yes. You get a discount for every subscription order, based on how often you choose to receive it: 20% at 2 weeks, 15% at 4 weeks, 10% at 8 weeks, or 5% at 12 weeks.

Do subscription orders get free delivery?

The same delivery charges apply as any other order: free UK delivery once your order's over £40, otherwise Steady delivery is £3.95 and Swift delivery is £6.00. See our Shipping & Returns page for the details.

I can't find my subscription, where do I go?

Sign in using the account link in any order confirmation or renewal email, or go to your account directly, then look for Subscriptions.
