These terms apply whenever you use this website or buy from Vym. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. You agree to provide accurate information when ordering and to use this site lawfully. We may suspend or restrict access to the site at our discretion, for example to protect against fraud or misuse.

Prohibited uses

You must not use this site to:

  • break any applicable law or regulation, or encourage anyone else to;
  • infringe our intellectual property rights, or anyone else's;
  • harass, abuse, or discriminate against any person;
  • submit false or misleading information, or impersonate another person or business;
  • upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to this site, our systems, or another customer's account;
  • scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from this site without our permission; or
  • use the site for any fraudulent or otherwise unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or end your access to this site, and cancel any pending order, if we reasonably believe you've broken any of these rules.

Products and product information

We try to make sure product descriptions, images, and nutritional information are accurate and up to date, but occasional errors can occur. Food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Nothing on this site is medical advice — if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement.

Pricing and order acceptance

We take reasonable care to ensure the prices, descriptions, and availability shown on this site are correct, but occasional errors can happen. If we discover an error in the price, description, or availability of a product before your order is dispatched, we'll contact you to confirm whether you'd like to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel for a full refund. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance — we may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unexpectedly out of stock or mispriced, and you'll always be refunded in full if we do.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through our checkout provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

Some products can be bought on a recurring basis through our Subscribe & Save plans. When you subscribe, you're agreeing to automatic, recurring orders at the frequency you choose, charged to your payment method each time at the discounted price shown for that frequency, until you change or cancel the subscription.

You can pause, skip an upcoming order, change your frequency, update your payment or delivery details, or cancel at any time, free of charge and with no minimum number of orders, through your account on this site. Cancelling stops all future orders; it doesn't affect any order already processed or dispatched.

We'll take payment for each upcoming order shortly before it's due to be dispatched. If a payment fails, we may retry it, contact you to update your payment details, or cancel the affected order. We may change the price or discount level of a Subscribe & Save plan for future orders by giving you reasonable notice; this won't affect an order you've already paid for.

Each individual order placed under a subscription is covered by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy in the same way as a one-time order, including your 14-day legal right to cancel and our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Promotional and discount codes

From time to time we may offer promotional discount codes — for example through printed materials, social media, email, or on this site. Unless stated otherwise wherever a particular code is offered, a discount code: is limited to one use per customer; cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, or promotional code; applies to the order in which it's used and cannot be applied retrospectively to a previous order; has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash; and may be withdrawn, amended, or have its terms changed by us at any time without notice, including before it's been used. Any additional terms specific to a particular code, such as a minimum order value or an expiry date, will be stated wherever that code is offered.

Delivery and returns

Delivery costs and timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your rights to cancel, return, and receive a refund are set out in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the Vym name and branding — belongs to Vym Nutrition Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Indemnity

If you break these terms, or use this site unlawfully, you agree to cover any reasonable costs, losses, or legal claims that we, or our staff, suppliers, or agents, face as a result — except to the extent these are caused by our own breach of these terms or negligence.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products.

Severability, waiver, and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that part will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these terms will continue to apply in full.

If we don't enforce any part of these terms on a particular occasion, that doesn't mean we've given up our right to enforce it later.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, make up the whole agreement between you and us about your use of this site and purchases from it, and replace any earlier agreement on the same subject.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this site at the time you place your order.
