Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is free on all UK orders over £35. Below £35, Standard delivery costs £3.95. Fast delivery costs £6.00 and is available on any order, whatever its value. The delivery options and costs available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed. Standard delivery arrives within 2-4 working days of dispatch; Fast delivery arrives within 1-2 working days of dispatch. Delivery times may occasionally be longer around bank holidays or during periods of high demand — we'll let you know if this affects your order.

Order tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. Where tracking is available for your delivery, we'll include it in that email.

If your order doesn't arrive

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, contact us at hello@keepyourvym.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
